I don't see SAPS content listed in any discussion of this approval specification. I think it would be a very important aspect of the discussion since 0W40 is a viscosity primarily used by European brands where oils always also get ACEA certifications. Based off what I see from oil manufactures who have approval and those who say their oil is recommended for the specification, any recommended oil for the HEMI engines where these specs are called for MS-A0921, MS-12633, MS-10850, MS-10725 are all high SAPS content oil suggesting the SAPS content is needed to protect the valvetrain. M1 ESP 0W40 is an oil designed to protect gasoline particulate filters therefore is has a lower SAPS content and would probably never meet approval standards for these cars. I'm super curious about the SAPS content of the PUP 0W40 that is SRT branded. This oil could possibly be an ultra-high SAPS content motor oil but I'm not sure how one would go about figuring out that information.
