steering gear box threaded adjustment screw

I am rebuilding my steering box ( saginaw 84 on a k2500 suburban)
While disassembling I messed up the adjustment screw in attempting to remove it. It is unlike the other adjustment screws that seem to just slide on.
Any idea if this can be removed?
