Will there be a door in this wall? If so, your pre-fab door frame will most likely be about 4-1/2" wide (3.5 stud plus sheetrock of .5 x 2). You may have to add a layer to make it flush with your sheetrock (or two, to keep the door centered), or order it with a custom frame.
