ok heres the deal, my car, a chrysler intrepid 1998 3.2 l, has horrible start up noise it's like a complaining noise. its always done it in the cold but its bugging me, could it be the filter?
Can you be a little more specific about the sound of the noise? Is it a squeal? Clunking? Rattle? If possible, have someone start the car while you have the hood open and see if it's in the engine bay or somewhere else.
