It was not certified but should still be under normal warranty.

I bought it at a Kia dealer that is part of the same auto group as the Ford dealer. The Kia dealer sells all the used vehicles along new Kia cars.

Good, wanted to make sure you didn't get it from some shady used car lot.

The Ford dealer examined all of the suspension parts and said everything was tight. They could not reproduce the wobble during their test drives. They said the alignment was off a little and did an alignment. Said the BFG tires could contribute to the issue. Driving it home from the dealership I did not notice any change. But I did not go 65 MPH on a highway yet.
I think a Bilstein steering stabilizer is next.

How sure are you that it wasn't in an accident?
Ive driven super duty 250 trucks on the severe roads in the USVI, they always seem to feel like the rear end wants to break loose over bumps and odd grades when unloaded.

What pressure are your tires? Had alot of issues with our Class C. After new Bilsteins, proper alignment with more caster, having it weighed which in turn was able to calculate the appropriate tire pressures it's no different than driving the Focus now. Eventually a steering stabilizer and rear sway bar will be added.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with the driver door? In the picture you previously posted, it didn't fit right on the bottom. Maybe it has been in an accident like JHZR2 said. Not everything gets reported to Carfax.

Don't know what you haul or carry daily but for example I only need 55 on the front of the RV. It weighs 3600 total or 1800 per tire. Would 40-45 fit better?... Like said no idea what you carry/haul. Using the cat scale at Quiktrip cost $10.50 and removed the guessing. Alot of people run 80 all the time and it's overkill.
