In service for 9kmiles in a 2019 grand caravan. Disappointed cuz I’ve had many great NO fails with this filter. Actually this is my only failed oil filter of any kind that I’m aware of.

I have used mostly the Fram XG in my Jeep - 2 X 5K OCI
Used the Mobil 1 a couple times - they did not do the wave
Thing is, none of them are made the same for long these days

Even my Ultra's with plastic disc ends like those don't seem to stick very well after some use & heat. The last one I did was my own doing by pulling it out of the filter housing cap that was difficult to remove. I almost thought that it happened in service. Are you sure it wasn't from being pulled on while removing it from the cap? It can happen very easily that way. Does this filter snap into the filter housing cap that screws down?

It does snap in there. Gotta give it a good pull. Didn’t think about that. Could be what happened….hmmm
