They are bombing the cars in my lane as they go to the pondFormations of geese are passing through the DC area now. The honking is nice in the evening when they spend the night down at the nearby park.

WOW!It was nearly 80 degrees here yesterday, and we had a monster tornado tear through just south of Kankakee, and went deep into Indiana. It was in a supercell that formed over Pontiac, IL and just kept going. 6 inch hailstone found near Kankakee.

Right now it is 36 and trying to snow/sleet.
This coming Monday night is to be around 10 degrees.
The month of March in Illinois...
Yeah, Same thing here yesterday. An inch of snow and it will be gone the same day. We're going to be cooler for a couple of weeks, but it beats the freezing rain.We had an inch of snow that froze, then melted. The only snow all year. Spring has almost sprung...... Looks like Southern CA is getting some mid summer heat. East coast getting a cold snap again.
I'm sick of rain, but compared to what some areas are subjected, I'll take it.
yes it will be a FARCE as stated on another post, look for six inch's and rain/ice. they just predict this to stir up people.Currently sitting in WI, waiting for the (alleged) 12-18" of snow that's coming our way tonight/tomorrow. Where's spring, again?
Believe it or not, down here when we have 90 degrees in the early summer evening we talk about how comfortable it is. California is always green like that in March. Absolutely beautiful.I just spent a Week in SoCal AFTER some unusual rainy weather. VERY green and beautiful. I've never seen Catalina so green. Up here we have a progression of flowering. Some of the early flowering plum trees and of course the bulbs are up. Down there EVERYTHING is blooming. Very nice...........but it's getting into the 90°F range already. NO thanks!
Up here, it's 32°F right now. Ugggggggggg
Yes I remember many rainy March days from my childhood. Miracle March! Just the last bunch of trips down super dry sticks in a fellas parched throatBelieve it or not, down here when we have 90 degrees in the early summer evening we talk about how comfortable it is. Yeah- I'm on night shift (10pm-6am) so I'll be leaving a good 45 minutes early and will have to decide on either braving the snowpocalypse Sunday morning or just sleeping at work and get some overtime plowing in the afternoon. Not the first time I've been stranded at the plant during my 35 years there. Have my camping cot, pillow, blanket and teddy bear packed in the trunk.Currently sitting in WI, waiting for the (alleged) 12-18" of snow that's coming our way tonight/tomorrow. Where's spring, again?
