Spark plugs for a 2020 Equinox 1.5T

Did spark plug Change on 2020 Equinox 1.5T
54000 miles it calls for new plugs at 60 ths miles which I’ll probably hit in the dead of winter. It was a nice day so I did it. Plugs looked good

That is same for the wife's 2.0 Turbo. I am on the third set. Originals, then two swap outs. They didn't look as bad I thought they would.
How did they look?

Erosion mostly. Increased combustion pressures, temps, D/I all make for a rather harsh environment.

When I replaced the plugs in my wife's 2018 1.5 Nox they looked fine at 55,000 miles. One of the easiest engines to replace plugs on.

I changed the plugs in our 2017 2.3 EB Explorer at 62,000 miles. They are "100,000" mile plugs. I changed them because I didn't want them getting stuck in the head. They all looked great. The gap was well within the factory specs. The porcelain was clean and an even light tan color. Other than the corona on the outside porcelain they looked new. The replacement plugs were Motorcraft, the same as the factory ones. I used anti-seize on the plug threads this time, I did reduce the torque specs by 15%. Since I shouldn't have to worry about removing stuck dry plugs I may leave them in longer.
