Car 2003 Hyundai XG350L six cylinder-

Mailordered in a "set" of Autolite ignition wires #97115 ($54)for a tune-up on my car. When I opened the box, there were three cables inside instead of the six I would expect for a six cylinder engine. Am I missing something here other than three more cables? I would assume that my car would need six or are they now packaging "1/2" sets. Actually the website even shows three cables in the picture. What gives? Thanks.

your car has three coil on plug coils at the front of the car. Each coil has a plug wire running off of it going to the three cylinders below the upper intake on the back side of the engine.

Interesting...I may have now entered the 21st century. Thanks, that clears that up.

I think you are referring to the three core wires inside each plug wire. He is saying he only received three wires in the box.
