Spark Plug Non-Fouler

Hi.
Is it good idea to use spark plug non fouler as a temporary fix ? For the next 20-30K KM ?
Do they heat spark plugs ? (by not being able to removing the heat as well as the head does?)
Any pre-ignition risk ?

They cause the electrodes to burn up real fast.

Is the problem related to oil burning? If so, why not simply choose a higher heat range spark plug?
