SP-IV

I know the Valvoline MaxLife Dex/Merc and the Pennzoil Multi Vehicle are qualified as SP-IV for Hyundai/Kia, but there are other brand offering the same oil or maybe a compatible one?

I like the Havoline stuff. Amazon has a case for $46.

Valvoline does not indicate if Maxlife is spec'd to use for it.

Hopefully it is compatible since a qt. of SP4-M costs as much as a gallon of Maxlife.

I'm running Maxlife in my 2008 Elantra and it shifts superbly....highly recommended. I think the 2008 called for SP-III..
