Songs that you simply never liked? Or can't stand.

Anything by Mumford and Sons 🤮

I scanned the whole thread and was waiting for this. This band is my kryptonite, cannot handle it. For my wife that's the Beastie Boys. I almost didn't marry her because of that.

Also noticed a lot of people call something crap if they don't like it. They aren't necessarily synonomous. Like I'm not a Celine Dion fan, but that woman can straight up sing.

How can someone not like Bohemian Rhapsody lol

I'm into heavier stuff, Metallica and Megadeth are about the softest stuff I listen to. Was a huge Metallica fan for about twenty years but if you asked me today I would say I like Megadeth more overall. Fortunate enough to see both bands live several times.

So many I agree with. Rap is complete crap, easy to avoid except when some ass has a 47" subwoofer in the trunk covered with a moving blanket and some pots and pans, broken glass and used car parts.........and he is at a light next to you at 170 dB

Worse though and worse than anything listed - this bilge spill sounds like acidic projectile vomit in slow motion: Mumford and Sons.

Little Lion Man and all the rest. I cannot even fathom why people can listen more than 2 seconds..............
Missed this post. Page 5 Terrible - and some classic rock (loose term) play them quite a bit. Awful!!

Also, hate Billy Corgan's voice though some of their songs were pretty cool.

The worst recorded singing ever is whichever Gallagher brother sings for Oasis, Wonderwall is absolutely brutal, I want to stab my ears with dull pencils when I hear him sing the chorus.

Also Nickelback, say what you want but their album The State is awesome, and the production on their later albums is next level good, some of the best metal guitar tones, absolutely crushing.

Champaign Supernova is even worse. How that band managed to get rotation blows my mind.

Turn the channel when I hear Metallica, Van Halen, U2, Ozzy, many more but those are tops.
I detest Metallica after say,1983. Their first two (cassette only) and 1st actual lp are really good!! Then after that they turned into a bad pop band. New Year's Day by U2 was awesome!! But after that they tuned into a boring pop band.

I can respect bands with talent, Mumford and Sons has none. I fly into a rage as soon as that hillbilly banjo song "I will wait" comes on! I can't dive for the radio fast enough.

Most top 40 of the 80s (Boomer jams I call them) kill me inside

Most of this playlist

All the classic white wedding jams of the late 90s and the early 00's turn the cringe up to 11 in my head

Most of you were unironiclly doing the Macarana in the Red and Black Lumberjack (with the hat to match) around the time I was born

...the world would be a better place without the electric slide

Ok I might agree with that if you said 1990. Ride, Puppets and Justice came out between 84 - 88 and are not exactly poppy. They didn't even make a video until their fourth album (Justice) in the MTV era.

I like all of it, but agree with what you've said. Fade to Black was the quintessential metal ballad that inspired many other artists.

I'm a fan of almost all Metallica songs. Even you old school die-hards have to admit All Nightmare Long and especially The Day That Never Comes shows they still had the chops well into the 2000s. Kirk and Lars are legends.
