Songs that you simply never liked? Or can't stand.

Yep, that's the one, James is a big car guy and decided to write a song about drag racing and the automotive hobby. That was the result.

I think Unforgiven is one of the best songs of all time. I was going to start a thread asking.. what are some of the BEST songs of all time. I have been known to put on Metallica tracks on a long drive. MP3s through the phone, of course, because CDs are so, like, 2003... But yeah. lol

I like many Metallica tracks, Enter Sandman, Fuel I think is a don't I've never heard all the way through. Then Moth Into The Flame I like.

They got a lot of flack for Load and Re-Load, what are some notable songs from them?

S&M was their lie point.

Should I?

Ahhh yes, the woman who didn't understand irony but decided to write a song about it. I can't stand her, her voice is like somebody choking a small breed dog.

Her voice sure is shrill and agonizing, wow, Did she even have any hits besides that monstrosity of a song I posted or Ironic?

Isn't that the one that portrayed a school shooting as much as you could in 1991?
Sure is! I actually like that song, lol. Pearl Jam isn't my favourite band, but I definitely like some of their songs. Do the Evolution is another one I like.

Wow. Yeah I remember the end of the video, looks like they had the kids all stay in a pose with paint splotches on them.

K I was 9 years old in 1991 and I figured it out even then.. "Oh, he went in and shot them."

This later borrowed by Sons Of Anarchy, kid shot up the class with an Intratec AB-10 (your "Tec 9" sub machine gun) somewhere around the start of Season 6 or 7.
No, he didn't shoot them, he blew his brains out in front of the class. They were all paralyzed, had no idea what had just happened.

Pearl Jam.. I liked Evenflow. Many didn't like this one

Anything Billy Joel.

One good thing about Madison Square Garden being shut down (probably forever) is that I no longer have to be tortured by that fool on Wednesday nights.
If you ever watch Jason Hook's video called "Hired Gun" you'll absolutely hate Billy Joel afterwards. I was indifferent to him before, now I just despise him.

That, I had no idea. That's like, someone trying to leave I guess their last mark on this world before they go to the next. So messed up!

And... So young. So young!!!

I always thought the splotches on the other kids were where they were shot. Never occured to me it could be spatter or splatter. Still tragic.

Would you believe I used to have to work his concerts when I signed up for Overtime?

I am truly not a fan. He got old and fat and corny.

And Cher lip-synced both shows. And I worked those too...

Pretty much anything considered "classic rock" aka bad rock, boring rock, etc. Classic rock is basically bad music people like because they're told they're supposed to like it, and crappy radio stations continuously shove it down your throat.
You are going to have to give some examples, lol. Do you consider Motley Crue to be classic Rock or AC/DC?

They advertised it as "The Garden's only cocnert franchise" they may have used he word "Series."

Apparently, it was funny between Jim Dolan and him that every concert he would sell out every. Single. One.

All. The. Time.

So, then, the bean counters decided to shut down half our stand on concert nights. Do you know how CHEAP Billy Joel customers are? We had dimes and nickels in our bag whereas usually just quarters...

Good thing that place is now shut, and probably forever.

Horrible.

I absolutely loathe this song.

I could win a contest for turning off the radio the fastest over this song.

Another song I like! I'm a big fan of Amy Lee's voice, she can really sing. Don't like all her songs, but she has pipes.

I would jump in and answer just because I'm catching the wave at this moment.. I would place Motley Crue as 80s, and AC/DC as Classic.

The only song I ever liked from Motley Crue is Bitter Pill. AC/DC, I like ZERO songs
and someone should turn off the electric on them.

Will agree to disagree lol? Even if she can sing.. like, they say Lady Gaga can too. Still dont like.

Katy Perry actually has a decent singing voice, I don't like her songs though...

This is an OK song but when I hear that Goat woman singing or just bleating, I feel like I'm being beat over the head with a trying pan while I'm tripping over the dish on the floor and stunned my tow and smack my head then into the hood of my car and fell down into gravel.

I'd start with that list I provided earlier, most of those songs are from those two albums.

Metallica's best? Many people would say Fade to Black, it's definitely one of my all-time favourites. It was the inspiration for many bands that came after, a true heavy metal ballad.

I like quite a few Motley Crue songs, but probably the most notable:
- Kickstart my heart (bit of a classic, it was after Nikki OD'd and was technically dead, that scene is covered in "the dirt")
- Wild Side (just a great song)

I grew up listening to Metallica, G n' R and AC/DC, so I'm a fan. Back in black, Whole lotta Rosie, Thunderstruck, Who Made Who, For those about to rock...etc. Brian Johnson's voice may not be for everyone, but the Young brothers wrote some really good songs.
