That's why our Honda doesn't use Z1 ATF anymore. It's doing quite well on Maxlife ATF. Couldn't tell the used Maxlife from the new I put in today after running 9k miles on the old stuff.
Wow, that looks like the "oil" I found in the bottom end of my 30 year old 4hp rototiller, you just need to mix in some water. Of course the tiller still runs like new even after that abuse, Odyssey not so much!
The "slurry" portion seems to have settled to the bottom of the drain pan. I was hoping to catch some of the metal (there is a LOT of metal) in the glass as well. I'll grab another sample when I drain it out into bottles for disposal.

Yes, I did a drain/fill with a misc. blend of various ATF's I found around my parent's other house, and then got my MIL2 to pick up some Mobil Super semi-syn ATF that is suitable for this application to do two more drain/fills tomorrow.
