I’ve never had an issue with reusing Ford’s reusable gaskets. There were a few I condemned and didn’t reuse.

Not saying I would have seen anything you didn’t. I may very well have reused that one and had it leak too. Just stating my personal experiences.

Most of the time leaks occur because the pan's holes aren't flattened out prior to reinstalling.
