Snake ID

I apologize for the bad photos.
Found about a month ago in the herb garden. The gunk that I threw down from cleaning the gutters moved him around.

Hard to tell but it looks like a Ringneck. I'm assuming that the black near his head is dirt. The orange underbelly is pretty distinct.
