Try learning the magic of soluble fiber in beans.Just looking at that made me lose an ounce of weight. But i really need to start exploring healthy yet enjoyable options. I need to lay off coffee and soda entirely. I've cut back but i need to go farther. Might start with caffeine pills next time i go to the store. Think I'll watch this thread and steal some recipes to try. Those two look good.

I'm mexican, I already eat beans as much as 3 times a day. Only problem is that my kitchen queen fries them in a deep pan of smoking hot pig lard mixed with her homemade chili paste to make them extra good. Which also doesn't help my situation but she gets upset if i say anything about her cooking. Only thing I can do is eat less but not none.

It contained 1/2 an avocado, a big banana, 1/4th of a coconut, 1 TBS of raw cacao, coconut water, water, and 1 TBS of flaxseed.
