We have slowly migrated to Chase for our personal banking here in Texas, having used Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo in the past. We never pay any fees, and they have ATM's and locations all over Texas. Of the "big banks", which should we explore for Small Business Checking and other banking? What do you use, if you have a small business?

Thanks!

I don't have a small business, but for large banks I like US Bank. I wouldn't touch Chase with a ten foot pole (as the saying goes).

We used USBank back in California, and hated their customer service and practices--- from branch all the way up to Corporate level. Same with KeyBank, who serviced my education loans many moons ago....still have nightmares! Never again with either of those two.

I moved my small business account to a CREDIT UNION over three years ago....and couldn't be happier. The customer service is outstanding and I have no thoughts of ever moving again. Most CU's... seem to have great reputations for customer care....unlike many of the big banks.

I escaped from Chase (Washington Mut.)....and it was the best move I ever made. If you continue with Chase...I'm sure you'll understand.

I think it depends on the type of services you use. I'm sure a credit union can give great service.

I use Chase, but I don't bundle a lot of services with them. I don't use them for credit card processing, I don't have any loans with them and if I had a lot of money i wouldn't let them near it.

For most small businesses, I'm sure they're as good as the next guy.

I despise big banks, I only deal with small local ones and credit unions.

I run all my business and personal money through such banks; I would keep it under a mattress before giving a dollar to chase.
