Slow speed

I am on a site in google, I click off and then I get a spinning circle in the middle of
my screen and have to wait 2 minutes for it to clear. I have emachines laptop with
t4400 Pentium processor 3GB and 250GB Thanks guys

Open Task Manager, what's your CPU usage at?

I would download the free version of malwarebytes and let it scan and remove.
