I think the black guy reporting is the same guy from the TV show, "Destroyed In Seconds". Thankfully, this time he wasn't.

I remember back in the 90s when the record for free fall into a net was something like 900 feet. This guy beat the record by quite some distance.

I guess so. He only broke just about everything in his body, lived in constant pain, and died when he was 69 years old. Granted his death was not in an accident, I'd rather pass on the pain, injuries and near death experiences he had.

I guess so. He only broke just about everything in his body, lived in constant pain, and died when he was 69 years old. Granted his death was not in an accident, I'd rather pass on the pain, injuries and near death experiences he had.
There's no denying that. But he kept at it for decades, so I have to believe it was worth it to him, somehow.

Amazing, but it leaves too much to the caprice of fate. A nasty wind pushes him off course at the end, and he goes splat. I wouldn't be in the audience to watch that, I'll catch the filtered video version.
