My friend has a 1999 Cadillac deville and the tail lights will not flash on and off when he trys to signal. The front work but the rear just stay lit. His hazzards work though. Does anyone know what the problem might be? We tried to find the "clicker/signal" module or what ever you call it but we can't find it under the dash under the steering wheel. We can hear it there but can't find it. What would be the best way to find the problem and fix it? I heard the thic car has seperate clicker control boxes for front, rear signals and hazzards lights. Thank you!
