So on the Saturn I noticed the passenger side far vent barely blows while the rest blow fine. What would cause that?

could be a hose off some are vac operated,make sure all the levers are open and adjusted for the same airflow.
Its on the Saturn sl2 and its the far passenger side vent doesn't blow hardly at all. My phone. Did that and then. Wouldn't let me edit it.
They never blew as strong as the middle vents on my S-series either. If anything you can pull the dash pad and see if there are any blockages in the ducts.
Well the driver one isn't as hard as the middles but the passenger side is very weak on high it feels like low
what besides a blockage could it be?

Are there vacuum actuators that change which way the airflow goes? sometimes the diaphragms go bad. Had that in my 82 MB, granted it is a much older car.
If you search Saturn Forums you will see others with the problem. Clogged blower motors.
Blower motor is clean. I was thinking of running a coat hanger down the vent to unclog it if it is clogged
Also the vents are electronic right? make sure they are opening and closing from the controls, not jammed shut or something

Ok electric actuators, not vacuum ones. Same thing. That would be my pick.

Like mentioned, a hose off, poor joints, or otherwise faulty.
The actuators may be faulty.
And quite possibly just not so hot design.

i really dont know much about this kinda stuff. doesnt the actuator pick which vents to use based off the selector . then the blower blows air through the vents the actuator opens. does each individual vents have its own actuator?
according to my repair manual the vent selections are mechanically actuated via the cable.
well i fixed it it ended up being the duct work came loose from where it connects to the vent assembly. so i used my childhood fishing pole and pulled it back up and re connected it . blows good now.
