That's pretty impressive. I mean obviously the truck is destroyed but it held up a lot better than a brand new truck 20 years ago would have.

What a Moron! Whats the point of tearing up a new truck? Thats what quads are for, the truck is to take the quads to the Dunes.

When I was 16 an old guy told me "Don't make then fly and don't make them float and they will last a long time".

Plenty of sand in the engine after that jump! I wonder what the air filter and UOA will show?

Maybe it was a rental vehicle from Hertz or Alamo?

Considering he destroyed the right front suspension, I bet sand in his air filter is the last of his worries!

I think he destroyed more then just his right front.

I'd give large $$ that his frame is bent (no matter any brand or tonnage) and pretty well the cab and bed will be bent.

One word.....

IDIOT.

I just pray that it can not reproduce...

Bill

PS: At least he has his "safety" flag..

Too many TV shows and movies that make it look like cars/tucks can take that kind of punishment.

With that said, when I was 16 I did all sorts of damage to my 72 LTD beater having fun and being a 'maroon!' There was a back country road that had a little bump that we used to launch our cars. I never broke any car parts myself (other did), but I did nearly bite the tip of my tongue off landing...
