I don't have carfax so I'm not looking it up to find out otherwise. But it does appear to be a valid vin, no check number fail it seems.

Alot of the USA's "junk" vehicles end up in the middle east or countries with nonexistent dealership networks. Americans throw out alot of non perfect vehicles just look at your local pull n pay or Manheim auction.
