should i use auto rx?

I have a lifter tick in my truck, and i was thinking of replacing the cams and lifters, but before i go out and spend the money on that i was wondering is auto rx could help get rid of the tick

I've used AutoRx on the notorious MPV Vee6 engine's hydraulic lash adjusters with success. Granted, the noise isn't cause by collapsed/failed hydraulic lifters or worn cam, I simply cannot see why you cannot use AutoRx.

Give it a shot and see how it goes?

Check out one of my posts... I thought I had a clean engine because I used synthetic with short change intervals and did mainly high-way driving... Check out the dirt it removed on the cleaning cycle. The rinse cycle should be really good...
