Should I delay 2nd ARX application until summer?

I will be completing the 1st application in January. I am thinking of putting GC in while waiting for the weather to warm, since ARX is supposed to work better in hot oil. My car has 93000 now. Any comments?

you're better off onto the next round before putting synthetic in again. Too much esters from GC will be left hanging around for RX in the summer

Your oil temp will be much the same, winter or summer. The heat question I think refers to the pourability of the product during cold weather (you had to warm up the bottle before pouring into engine). I read that here somewhere.

I think if it was developed to clean gear driven printing presses, hot oil would not be a factor.

Then again, I could be wrong

I would refill with dino and star the second application now. Second application will feed off of the first. Kind of like a momentum thing. Engine temp. is plenty even in the winter.
