95 Taurus 160K. Last plug change I put in Platinum was more then 5 or 6 years probably 70k miles (just a guess). Running fine but would like to keeper' in tip shape.
pull one or two easy to reach ones and visually check them. If questionable, get new, if not leave them in. Platinums are good for up to 100k under good conditions.

I would take each one out-Inspect it check gap-reinstal. {If the Plug looks ok!}.
I have been running a set of Bosch Platinums in my small block V8 with 139k miles. They now have almost 90K miles on them... Took them out the other day... Winter Tune Up! They all looked fine. Checked the Gap... screwed right back in. I also run Fuel Power in the tank every other fill up... I'm sure that helps as well.
One added benefit of at least checking a plug.... it minimizes the chance of seizure in the aluminum head. Make sure to use neversieze compound on the threads.
If it was my car, if I would take the time to pull the plugs I would just replace them. I hope you have the Vulcan engine, as the Duratec a pain to work on.
