Should I change oil?

All I hear up top is lifer tick. Under it could be a rod. Sounds a bit like a diesel, but there was a lot of wind buffeting.

If you want to continue to mess with it, disconnect the plug wires one at a time and re-listen each time. If it goes away could be a rod bearing. If it doesn't go away its probably something else.

An automotive stethoscope pressed up against the pan might be more clear.

How is the oil pressure? Did you notice any drop after you noticed the noise?

If the noise stops when you unplug a cylinder, that cylinder has the worn rod bearing.

A deeper thud is usually a main bearing, but if you still show good oil pressure, I bet that thing will run a long time like that. Change to a really heavy oil to see if that mitigates the sound.

It is hard to hear on the video, the lifter noise over powers it on the top and the fan wash over powers it on the bottom, hard to turn the speakers up. But I will definitely try unhooking each coil pack one at a time. But now that I listen to it, I think I have herd it for some time, just was clued into it more as I thought it was a blower motor at first.
at idle it has 43-44 PSI and when driving it is 50-60 range if not higher.
