less than 20$ a gallon should I pick it up?

Do you trust the source? As in it's really Castrol oil.

UltraClean is the base level oil from Castrol, it's a semi-synthetic, and the 0W20 should be API SP and ILSAC GF-6, assuming that it's recent stuff.

I don't use the 0W20 viscosity grade, but I have used Castrol UltraClean before in a heavier grade, and it was fine. Assuming API SP is all you require, and you keep the intervals reasonable e.g 5k miles.

Super pricey for a 0W-20 unless there's a Ginie inside the bottle that you've wished your car's engine would perform at it's very best ;)

He's in Canada so that's $19.84 a gallon and ST in WM CA says It's 28.88 for 5L so that comes out to 21.87 for a us gallon. If this is the case then It's cheaper than ST by 2 bucks a gal which is something and with oil being as expensive as it is over there I'd take it all day.

Forgot to answer the question, yes buy it up, can't ever go wrong with castrol. Me being biased towards something a bit thicker I'd buy the 30 grade version if it's the same price though.

The price is good. I did not know that synthetic blends were available in 0 W 20, but definitely not getting the attraction of a semi syn in this weight. If the car is older, you’d go with a thicker oil. If the car is newer, it is assuredly specced for a full synthetic. I know that Honda had allowed semi syn in 5 W XX weights, but that was some time ago. What exactly is the application?
