RA had none for my vehicle. Also, stores seem to be abandoning the product even though they still stock several flavors of regular wipers.

I don't know what's happening there. One irony is that I want the rear wiper because my current one is shredding.

I have noticed RA parts catalog not listing certain things for mine, but when I do a generic search by part number at the very top it comes up. I assume they reloaded a less complete parts update. Did you try searching by size?

That didn't occur to me but I will later today....I'm going to a small, busy town where the parts store still has spools of hosing out where customers can lop off their own.
I'm hoping for a small miracle.

Absolutely. I've posted this before, too. Sometimes if you know a particular part # is what you need/want, you can find it by part # search (and they have it in stock), but by application it simply doesn't show.

It's not an issue of incorrect application listing because if you double click the part # it shows your vehicle as an application.

IOW, parts they HAVE and they KNOW WILL FIT are intentionally excluded from the catalog listing for reasons unknown.

Anymore, if I need more than one item, I end up shopping/buying elsewhere. The frustrating one is brake parts. Try and get pads and rotors, front and rear, and the same "spec" on the front and rear, from the same warehouse. I seem to recall not even being able to get wiper blades (2 different sizes) from the same warehouse before.

I placed an order through RA about 6 months ago for Front brakes/rotors, Motorcraft DCT fluid, variation of different Motorcraft oil filters, cabin air filters, all from the same warehouse. No issues and a great experience. It's no secret that shipping with RA is relatively high - I want to say about $20 for this order, but my out-the-door cost was still way lower than anything else online or in store -- especially with the 5% discount code I found here on BITOG.

My favorite part about RA is the parts selection / lookup interface. Very simple and easy to navigate. Sometimes I use the RA site just to find the part I'm looking for, even if I get it elsewhere.

Yeah, I agree.. but relative to other retailers that offer "free" shipping some may consider it high.

I purchased an alternator from RA shipped from Fullerton CA to eastern Canada.
$15 CDN shipping charge with FedEx. Can't beat that anywhere. FedEx usually seems to have the best rates whenever I've bought at RA.

I tested this. I wanted a TYC radiator fan, but it always wants to ship from literally any other warehouse than whatever else I'm ordering. This has been going on for four months.

Same thing for sway bar bushings. So I literally add every single radiator fan for my car to the cart. I end up with it shipping from the same three warehouses. Now here's the thing, before all of my rotors, brakes, etc were coming from warehouse A. But the radiator fan was always saying it comes from B. So I also add a car fender for the front. Now it's coming from D. Then I add some radiator hoses until something shows up as E. Now, lo and behold, my TYC radiator fan is coming from A same as my sway bar, brakes, and rotor. So I carefully peel off every single E, D, C, and B item. Now my TYC radiator fan, that fifteen minutes ago was coming from B, is now coming from A. My car is twenty years old. I'm very certain no one just ordered an extra TYC radiator fan for my car at 10pm on a Saturday.

So if you want something from two different warehouses, you can just add random things and take them away until all of the warehouses align. I'm sure this is impossible if you're ordering 15+ items, but if you're under 10 it's pretty doable.
