It is a mineral oil based DexIII made in Brazil.

Nothing spectacular per say..
The vi is impressive (175), good pour point (-48c), for a cheap price.
Just seeing if anyone has used this fluid and there experience.

Not really, because of extra VII's and Pour Point depressants used with the PI package.
