Shell card question.

Was at a Shell station a week ago and saw an application for a Shell card so I said what the heck and applied online. It came back we are sorry but we need to further review your application you will receive a notice in 30 days.
I said yea right what ever. And figured it was declined.

Well lo and behold I got a Shell card in the mail with a high limit. Whoops.

Wondering if I can only use it at the pump or can I also run in to the station and pick up a gallon of milk for the cats and bag of cat food for me?

The 5% rebate applies to both pump and store purchases at Shell stations. You don't amass cash back and get a check. You get credited at every end of month.

Don't have the rebate card have the "other one"

also 1% back on all other purchases (should be a Citi Mastercard, good anywhere MC's accepted). For me, it makes Shell the cheapest gas around, plus its not bottom end stuff.

Has a blue background with the Shell symbol and the Shell logo.

P.S. only 28 mpg been doing some hard driving with ac on though. Usually get 32

Shell has a special now if you buy 8 "tanks" between Jul-Sept (or something) you get a $25c/gallon credit.
