Something unusual
I have two burial plots i don't want..
12 years ago i bought 4 for a deal to help out my folks...

I did read my receipt and contract and the subject was not covered but I will call and see if they require that they be resold by the company...

One is perfectly sized for @Pablo and the other a good match for @AutoMechanic

Anyone here sell any?

It's so refreshing how helpful the people here can be! I have no friends that I could say would think of my physical needs with regards to a burial plot.

i am in the scenario. my mom and dad are buried in different places. we are bringing dad over this summer . so the one dad is at now no one wants .

speaking to the cematary , they don't assist in reselling plots . there are companies out there that help folks dispose of plots . i may reach out to one soon .

My great grandfather is buried in 2 places. He has a burial plot in Salmon Arm, BC where he died as a retired 76 year old in November 1929. The records from that era are poor but he is supposed to be buried there.

He also has a plot in New Finland, Saskatchewan beside his wife (who moved back to their original home when he passed), and their son who died on 11/11/11 as an 11 year old.

My bet is he or they bought the burial plot in Salmon Arm but his body was moved to New Finland (at the time of death or less likely later) and he's actually buried there. Meaning the grave in Salmon Arm is empty. But he could have been buried in Salmon Arm and his wife moved back to Saskatchewan and is buried there, without him, beside their only son. That was the beginning of tough economic times and they weren't wealthy people.

He was a real character and they were still talking about him 75 years after he died in both New Finland and Salmon Arm. He doesn't have a proper headstone and I'd put one up if I knew where he was buried.
