Again, great you have the choice. The Mobil stations here are usually dirty, and some seem not to care about how their pumps work. I had a Mobil-branded pump not work on me the other day. When I mentioned it to the clerk, they acted like they didn't care. TT or not, I left for the non-TT Kwik Fill station down the street where at least the gas pumps all work.

But isn't Kwik top tier anyway or no http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html ? I don't like ratty looking, unkempt gas staions with barely working pumps either, but that doesn't mean the gas and in ground tanks aren't good. I don't blame anyone who doesn't have viable TT options. For a long time there was no TT options around me. But I know plenty of people who have TT options and will drive out of their way to maybe save a few cents on gas. Meanwhile their car idles rough. But they report no problems!

It's humorous to me how "minimum acceptable standards" (cheap gas) become acceptable when it hits your pocketboook for a few cents a gallon. Then some feel it necessary to defend that action. Maybe you have to take each vehicle on a case by case basis.

On a similar (in my mind) note, did you know the "standard" for Vitamin C for humans per day is based on the minimum amount it takes to keep you from getting scurvy? Personally, I think I'll have a little more, and a slightly higher quality gas as well.

So what can we take from this.

1. Don't have answers to factual data.

2. Don't know about what you are talking about.

So since you have had quite a few chances to answer the questions about your statements and refuse I'll take your comments/postings for what they are worth.

We like the GULF 93 gas when out of town , thats if needed . The inspection stickers on the pumps are a joke . Many of them still don't work properly . Sometimes doesn't stop and gas spews all over the car , shoes , etc.. Or keeps shutting off and the tank is not filled .
