Take a look at the MSDS for Penetro from Schaeffer. Antimony Dithiocarbamate, and Teflon in a petroleum based oil. Schaeffer oils contain Penetro, and Micron Moly according to their labelling, and web information. I like Schaeffer, I'm using Schaeffer. Should I be worried about the presence of Teflon in the oil, a known solid that has proven to be of no benefit? Or am I jumping to conclusions? Could there be other oils that contain Teflon without our knowledge (besides the obvious old formulation of Slick 50)? It's not something tested for on UOA... would it show up in particle counts?
