Samsung View or another chromebook?

My little 11 inch chromebook seems to be failing and see Samsung has discounted the Galaxy View with a 18+ inch screen to a not to far out of my budget price. I have a couple of their smaller version tablets with no problems other than I need big and trying to figure out how to view movies etc for my use while traveling.
Anyone have more experience with the View and it possible issues and would it be worth getting a cellular version?

I'm not familiar with the View in particular, as we have a Tab E, which is obviously in a different class based on screen size alone. As for the question of a cellular enabled product, my thoughts are that when I need mobile internet access on my tablet, I just enable the wi-fi hotspot capability of my smart phone. This way I don't have to pay for a separate or packaged cellular account for the tablet on an ongoing basis. This may vary if your mobile provider is prepared to give you a great deal on a "piggybacked" account for the tablet.
