Claims to meet unpublished specs to my mind fall into the same category as some other of these weird 'claims'. For instance there are some specs that are additive specific in terms of what must be used in order to meet(or exceed!) the specified requirements, and yet there are companies out there that will claim to meet several of those specs apparently without using ANY of the approved additive systems as part and parcel of meeting the spec!
