Running A-rx in the Tracker now

Tonight I did the filter change from the Fram that was on there to a more suitable AcDelco. Dumped in the A-rx and went for a quick spin around the block. We will run it for 500 miles miles, rinse phase, then go with either conventional or synthetic. The Tracker has a 1.6L 4banger mated to a 5spd manual. Will see how it goes,,,,AR

Did you intend to say 1500 miles for the clean instead of 500? Even on a low mileage engine, it is best to run the Auto-Rx the full 1500 miles to get the full benefit of the product.

The Tracker is due for an oil change before too long here. I don't think it will hurt anything to go 1500 miles over will it?? I'll see what I can do,,,,,,AR
