It depends on what you need. As far as efficiency goes, they are all about even, ~99% @ 20 um.
The difference is in the filter media. Both of theP1 and M1 are good filers but have a blended media (mostly cellulose with some synthetic). The RP has a Full Synthetic fiber media which offers better flow and more capacity to hold dirt.
It all comes down price and purpose. All of them are a waste if you are doing short OCis (under 7.5K) because you are underutilizing the filter. If you fit into that category, the Pure 1 is a fine choice, because it's the lowest priced filter in the bunch and a very good value.
In most cases, the RP is a little more money than the M1 but you can find both on sale. Overall, the RP is the better filter and the one I would recommend over the M1 just because of the Full Synthetic media. Both of these filters are a waste of money if you aren't going to run a long OCI.
