So you can?can’t NEVER
Whenever I feel like spend more I grab a Mobil 1 oil and Mobil 1 filter .So you can?
Royale Purple and Mobile 1?
The one for my Toyota is a rebadged PureOne. Media on both is tinted blue or green, and its a cellulose blend. Definitely not Boss media.Aren't the new Mobi1 Filters rebadged BOSS?
Nah my engine deserves a VW 504 00 oil with documented performance such as Castrol Edge 5W-30 LL or Mobil 1 ESP.I guess if you wanted to use a Royal Purple oil filter and slum it by using Mobil 1 motor oil, I'll give you a pass. Your engine deserves Royal Purple motor oil though![]()
Unless you run them for multiple OCIs, or the Tearolator lets you down & allows dirt to bypass the media, potentially damaging bearings, etc. If you're a cheapskate like me, and drive your (mostly bought used) vehicles into oblivion, it could make a difference for timing chains & bearings. You will never notice a difference with your filter choices during your ownership of the vehicle.
It's junk. You're paying $3-4 more over a comparably TG Fram for nothingYou can’t NEVER go wrong with ANYTHING that have the name Mobil 1 .
if you hold Mobil 1 oil filter you can feel that thing is quality . Easy to find every day at Walmart .
for me sometime I just like stick with none wire back oil filter .
Boss filters are full synthetic media, new Mobil1 afaik is still cellulose-blendAren't the new Mobi1 Filters rebadged BOSS?
****, now I'm going to have to try a royal purple. They are $30 here in Oz.
It's junk.

Yea they are $20 plus delivery here and $36 on amazon AU. I'm using a Fram Racing now $23 delivered. You can't get a decent filter in Australia under $20.Do you have a Donaldson dealer/agent?
Royal Purple = Amsoil = Donaldson ... all the same filter.
IMHO, “A” suffix M1s are now Mann built. A TG would be BETTER!It's junk. You're paying $3-4 more over a comparably TG Fram for nothing
