Does anybody know the retail price of rotella T6 like at walmart and such? Thanks.

If I not mistaken, it's $19 dollars per gallon.
It's $23/gal at Advance here when it's not on sale. When it is, it's usually $20/gal. Haven't checked Walmart.
Alright thanks guys. I was trying to figure if it was worth it to switch from amsoil because I don't put many miles on it and they still recommend 1yr changes.
$19.00 here at my WM
$29.00 at Tractor Supply.
I guess $19 per gallon is about as cheap as you will see it.
I did see on the Rotella website, Shell is offering rebates on the T-5 and T-6 which helps lower the cost.
The purchase deadline for the rebates has passed. I've gotta mail mine in tomorrow for 3 gallons of T6, all purchased on sale, with coupons, coming out to $20 for 3 gallons.
Yup i also got the same deal and my rebate check in about 2 weeks!

I think that advice to change the oil every year comes from the same people who say to change it every 3000 miles.
If you want to change according to time and not miles, then do it every two years. But if your oil starts to look milky or like a milk shake, then there is water condensation and you need to go out for a long drive and boil off that water.
