How many of u are using the T-6 Rotella? Tell why and in what kind of car, truck or mcycle and miles on ur ride.

Mine: dodge one ton cargovan, 318 gas engine,,290k, 2002 model, why: works best and does not use a drop of oil, and Im a MMO user and tcw3 guy.

Using it in two Jeep Cherokee 4.0L inline sixes. The 99 has about 150k miles, the 01 has about 85k miles. I've also used it in both my vintage 440s, but switched them over to M1 0w40 to reduce the initial startup oil pressure a little.

I use it in my 2006 Subaru WRX. 68,000 miles. Why?

It's cheap, it's good quality, and it gets the job done.

I'm currently running Rotella T5 10w30.

A 98 Jeep Wrangler with 101,000 miles. A 1989 Ski Challenger boat with a 351 Ford V/8. The Rotella 5-40 works great in both.

Also use in a small water pump, a pressure washer, and two John Deere garden tractors.

My son uses it in a Cat backhoe, a John Deere dozer, and a Case track loader.

AS you can tell we really like the oil.

I use all kinds of Rotella. Its cheap, readily available, robust, comes in jugs, its just a great all around engine oil.

I used T6 5w40 in our 05 Explorer 4.0 w/105K that we no longer have.
I use T5 10w30 and T5 10w40 in our 2010 Explorer 4.0 w/15K.
I use T5 10w30 in my Mazda 3 with 109K.
I use T5 10w30 in my Honda mower.

I know a lot of people that use Rotella in everything. Gas trucks, mowers, boats, I know a few guys that run it in their Porsches also.

One oil to buy, long drains (in the cars), great protection, works in everything I own.

The T6 Rotella has been used in her bike for a few years. Once I tried the T6, I stuck with it. No reason to try anything else now. (purolator Pure One filter also).
I'd like to try the T6 in my Harleys, but they use the recommended 20w-50 grade, so I'm using Amsoil in them.

I been looking at generators which I'll need one for a spring project. It will have the T6. Oh, my Honda HRX mower likes the T6 too.

I forgot in my previous reply to the OP that we also use 5-40 Rotella in a 10HP generator, a 5 HP generator, and a 2 ton Dodge with a Cummins.

All told we use it in twelve 4 cycle engines. I like the feeling of extra protection and we have never had any problems with the oil.

Once recently we missed a oil change on a Cat backhoe and it went 724 hours with no apparent ill effects. Great oil!

I'm running it in my Jeep (the one in my sig). I've been running it 5k, but I'm going to try to stretch it out. This time, I'll do an analysis at 6k, and if it comes back good, I'll push it to 7500.

I run it in my 2001 VW Golf TDI. The TDI requires a synthetic diesel rated oil and by far the T6 is the best value/perfomance. I run 10K OCI. I use either Mann or Wix filters.
