Yea it's a group III so I guess it's not considered a real synthetic. But I never really understood all that. Can someone please clarify why? Thanks...

Group III synthetic is a synthetic....the molocules have been altered to consistant sizes....Works just like a group IV/V in nature.

The only difference I see is that group III can't go any longer than mineral oil in intervals.

Do you think it can go just a little longer? Like 1-2,000 miles? Or should it be changed just as often as dino?
