Nothing I can think of more dangerous to a 55+ man than a ladder. I always think of General Shelton special forces guy with nearly 1,000 jumps from aircraft, both static line and haho/halo, and what happened to him on a ladder shortly after his retirement from the military.

On another note, those extended rake boards are kind of a different look from what we're used to here in the midwest. Do the shingles extend across or down into the gutters?
