Rock Auto live phone #?

Is there a way to speak to a live person at Rock Auto?

The only # I can find is 866-762-5288 and only recordings.
 
According to the web site gethuman.com you call that number and then press 0 and 3.

The main corporate number is 608-661-1376.

Both phone numbers just lead you in circles referring you back to the internet catalog.

Will not order from Rock Auto again.
 
Strange.. I've always quickly gotten a representative when I call. They have been responsive and even sent replacement parts before receiving damaged/incorrect items..

Down side is you have to wait.. Upside is huge selection, and pricing that undercuts brick and mortar by ~50%

Perfect for a weekend wrencher like me!

When I call 866-762-5288 or 608-661-1376 I hear the same robo recordings that all tell you to go to Rockauto.com.
 
Just called the 1-866 number. Got a representative within a minute..

What are you trying to find out? Is there a problem with your order?

As someone mentioned above - Press 0 for "English", 3 for "Existing Order", and 4 for "Other Questions About your Order"

Are you saying you want a person to pick up without an automated menu? I don't think you'll find any large company with that kind of service.
 
When I bought my headgasket kit for my jeep it came bent, almost im half. I called and told the woman working and she 2 day shipped a new one to me before I even semt the original one back.

That's good enough for me to keep buying there (for certain things)

me too only time I had a problem I got someone on the phone we worked out the problem.. as has been said bad part is waiting in the mail for the parts
 
Thanks for all the help.

It took Rock Auto from noon Thursday to 3 PM Monday to ship one GM motor mount that they showed in stock. There order status was useless it clamed the order was shipped Friday afternoon on Friday night. Then Monday morning all the order status said was order was in warehouse A.

After two email’s Monday morning asking them to cancel the order if they don’t have the part they send a shipping confirmation at 12 noon but Fedex shows they received the package at 3 PM. Hopefully I will receive a genuine GM motor mount sometime.
 
I've called twice and both times spoke to someone quickly and easily. Both times they took care of the issue. The second time I called was when their warehouse shipped me a used/returned part. they shipped a new one out right away.

Good customer service from my experience.
