35 yards in this area.

Still have to place walkway slabs but the rock is almost in and the borders are up.

John Deere 2025 and a yardmax and a lot of shoveling.

No more mud mesh/ mole barrier was also installed 1-1 everywhere you see rock.

Nat giving us two tickets to the gun show.

I rather all that work now and no mowing ever lol

The goal was to fireproof, mud proof and effort proof(well, reduce greatly) , the middle third of the property.

Id like to relegate mowing this grass patch to a robot and now with clear boundaries I should be able to pull it off.

I still need to mow the upper field though.

That looks just right, neat and clean with the right sized rocks

My old boss tried to do the high end rock thing and ended up using some micro-gravel that never stayed in place and needed constant attention. Sure it looked OK when raked back into place. Which needed to happen daily. Good thing he had 50 people tending to his 69,000 sq ft house on Palm Beach.

love the idea of no mowing..ever...but around here that rock would soon fill up with dirt and crap and weeds would start growing, even with the landscape fabric.
