Jiffy Lube got torn up in sometime back, but chinaworld gets their share. I now use a mom and pop oil changing place thats been in town for years, no problems. I would suggest if ur town has a small mom and pop oil changing place , use it, if u dont know one, any parts store can tell you of one in ur town.IMHO ps, u can usually take ur own oil to a mom and pop and they will gladly use ur oil and filter. ( this is what i do )

^ This one is at times funny yet tragic.

Who reads ripoff-report before buying something? That's where this feedback loop breaks. If you only read the few percent of irate customers that doesn't give you a good picture, and hurts chains due to their size worse than one-man shops.

The ranters also don't understand the difference between a franchisee and a corporate owned outfit. IE, "I took my car to Ford and they screwed it up".

Holy poo!

Not taking up for Jiffy Lube.....as I don't use them....but...you would think the guy would have noticed if his wiper blades were changed or not when he picked the car up. I know I would have if I had asked for them to be changed.

But anyway...I haven't used a Jiffy Lube nor will I ever.

Ripoffrepor.com is not regulated or verified in anyway. If you read some of them, you can tell many are just our right slanderous and/or idiots who do not even know how a car works or functions. I would not put too much stock in that website.

Still funny to read though.

Why anyone would use Iffy Lube or any similar such outfit is beyond me.
Most of the time when I drive by one of those places, their staff is out by the roadside holding up signs to get people to stop, with totally empty bays.
If a store manager told me he didn't need my business, I'd make it a personal mission of mine to tell everyone to avoid that establishment like the plague.
