So sorry, man. I know how it feels.It has been a very tough day today, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Mr BrownHe lived a great life since we rescued him from Greece in 2015, they thought he was around 2 or 3 at the time so he would have been 13 or 14 years old now. That’s still not a long enough life, but it was his time. I love him so much and will miss him forever

My ex wife’s daughter just took this photo of the sky and we can see a heart and a dog in it

This looked like a great dog. Sincere condolences.
It is never easy to lose a four-legged family member. It is difficult right now, but take a great deal of solace in the fact that he had a great life and this is not a given for dogs. My wife volunteers for a number of animal rescue organizations, and many times there are many companion animals that die painful or lonely deaths, and they are neither loved nor noticed. You are a good person for stepping up to adopt and when the time is right you can do so again. Take care and condolences on the loss.
