They work when hooked up to the Saturn Vue but not on the Ridgeline so it's not the trailer itself. All other lights work fine on the trailer when hooked up to the Ridgeline except for the hazards. Any ideas what it could be? Connectors/pins? Fuse? Ridgeline is the RTX that came with the tow package factory installed.

Start at the trailer wiring pigtail - are you getting correct voltage on all the pins? I store mine with an LED checker installed on it - Harbor Freight item 66526 but there are plenty of other options for such a thing.
Once you know if things are correct there, you should start working your way backwards.
You said it works fine with the Vue, but have you checked all the ground points for the trailer lights? Easy way to have an intermittent problem with a flaky ground.

It's probably something wrong at the pigtail connection. Does it have a cover and is the cover fitting securely? Use a small rolled up piece of sandpaper to clean out the connector and check to make sure that none of the wires have become pulled out or chafed.
Thanks guys. It appears that all that was needed was a small utility knife to bend the pins out a bit on the trailer plug. All lights are working now. Whew!
