Right headlight harness for switched ground?

I'm looking to upgrade the headlights on the Fit. I'd like to do a harness with stock H4/9003 bulbs to keep bulb replacement costs down. I understand this car is switched ground, with constant 12v power. So, is this harness the one I want? Switched Ground Harness

And, anything else I should know about adding a harness to a switched ground car?

For little more than the price of the one you are looking at on eBay, you can get some high quality relays and heat proof ceramic lamp sockets from Daniel Stern, Rallylights, or Candlepower Inc.
